Little Creek
Little Creek is the first community from the Grammas family. Part of Batavia and West Clermont school districts. It's a nice and quiet family safe environment. Very friendly and warm community off of Judd Road in Amelia, Ohio.
Athens
Athens Communities has a great school district in Milford on top of a great neighborhood and a convenient Loveland location off of St. Rt. 28. The office is on site. Did we mention there is a lake view as well?
Sparta
Sparta Communities is a cozy and quiet community off of ST RT 125 and Laub Rd. Sparta is one bedroom ranch style townhomes. Sparta Communities is in Amelia, Ohio.
Court Yard
The Court Yards of Amelia-Olive Branch is a convenient and peaceful community located right off of Amelia-Olive Branch Rd. New townhomes are development now! Court Yard is in Amelia, Ohio.
